DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Once posted, it is down to the efficiency of the postal services as to how long it will take. Normally, orders take 1-3 business days to arrive within the United Kingdom, 5-7 business days in the European Union and 7-10 business days for the rest of the world. On rare occasions it can take longer. If your order has not arrived after this time, we would ask that you check at your local sorting office. When a package is too large for a letterbox and nobody is home to receive it, a card should be left to advise you that it has been returned to the sorting office. However, this often doesn't happen or, if it does, the card gets lost under a pile of junk mail. It is therefore imperative to check for your package at your local sorting office.

There may be a small surcharge for orders going to the Highlands or Islands in the UK.


RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are disatisfied with your purchase you may return it. Please e-mail within 7 days of receipt of your order to obtain a returns number and instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a returns number. We will process your refund on receipt of the goods in as-new condition.

The refund will include the original postage charge if the item is found to be defective. In the event that you wish to return the item for any other reason, the postage charge will not be refunded.

If you are returning only part of your order and you have benefited from a basket-size dependent offer (such as free UK delivery over £30) then, if the returned item takes the basket size below the appropriate threshold, the offer amount or equivalent will be deducted from the refund.

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of £5.00 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.


REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website and/or remove or edit any content at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer nor your contract cancellation rights.
